I need it turned off so they can send me a new phone please help I know the iCloud it's connected to and I just need fmi turned off thanks

If your iphone in your old house is turned off (like you said), why do you "need it turned off"? That makes no sense.

  • My iPhone 5 screen is beyond repair and I need to access my photos. What can I do? My iPhone 5 screen literally broke off the rest of my phone so now I can't access it. I tried plugging my phone into my laptop to use iTunes and get my stuff though there but it says I need to confirm from my iphone, which obviously I can't. Also, apparently my icloud was switched off because I went on it and it has nothing saved. Is there any other way to access everything on my phone or at least my photos?
  • Is my iPhone ruined beyond repair? Got my iPhone Friday night. I just dropped it on the sidewalk (ironic, because a few hours ago, I had ordered a protective case.) and at first, all I saw we're little paint chips and scratches on the bottom. I clicked the home screen and heard a tiny crack, and now there's a small crack running along the bottom of my phone. Is there a way to fix the crack and scratches? I'm literally crying, as this was a gift my mom gave me.
  • I found a iPhone on the floor outside and i came back to my house. I turned it on at my house? It said call me at this number on the screen while at my house. So I'm assuming the owner put the app called track my phone. So i turned off went to the closet store placed behind a dumpster and turned it on again. So will this owner come to my house or will he see its behind a dumpser
