Always sleeping through my alarm clock?
I have a loud alarm clock right beside my bed and alarm clock on my iPhone so and they both go off at 6:30am and I always sleep through them!
They are both loud and I don't get why I still sleep, I'm a deep sleeper though.
Getting a new alarm clock isn't really an option because I have tried like 3 different other ones. Is there another way to help this problem like maybe Become a lighter sleeper, because if music or people are talking while I'm sleeping I will sleep through all of it.
Best thing to do is go to bed earlier… I have 3 alarm clocks to wake me up, 2 cell phones and a radio alarm. I need to get up and turn that one off. You could always try what Native Americans used to do, drink lots of water with hopes of waking up to pee.
I don't wake up either but thank god I have a twin. Sleep with your curtains open so it's bright and you wake up easily. If that doesn't work do what that person on top said drink a lot of water
Try going to bed earlier, this will ensure you have the right amount of sleep and easier to wake up. Also, try telling a sibling, spouse, or parent to be you 'back-up' alarm, by shaking you, yelling, etc. Once you get used to waking up at the same time, you might not need the back-up alarm anymore.
- Why doesn't my alarm clock sound off on my iphone? Although it "alarms" when it should, it doesn't ring, it only vibrates. Does anyone know how to fix this? P.S I had a 4 day weekend last week, and I kept leaving my phone everywhere, so I didn't get to turn off the alarm clock for maybe 3 days, so maybe this is the reason?

I can't use my ipod because it is broken. I can't figure out how to preset the FM radio station and i need it for tomorrow.
