Am I able to hook my iPhone up to my 2005 ford focus?

I have a 2005 ford focus zx4 se and I do not have a job right now so I was wondering if there was some way to hook up my iPod/ iPhone to my speaker system for cheap. Is there anyway I can do this without buying an aftermarket stereo. *Notice* My car does not have a cassette player.So, please help me in any way you can. If not I will just find a job soon to pay for a aftermarket stereo.

See if you have an aux jack (owner's manual). Then you could plug it in and control it with the iPhone. Otherwise, no dice.
