Am I being insensitive or is she being over dramatic?

I feel like my cousin is being a spoilt brat right now. So she just turned 16, she doesn't have a job or anything, and she is complaining because she didn't get an iphone 5 and a pair of 6 inch heels that she wanted for her birthday, even though she got an iPhone 4S… Her parents aren't rich but they spend any extra money they have on her. I think she is being really ungrateful! She has everything she needs and more. She already has a mac book pro, and iPad 3, EXPENSIVE CLOTHES AND SHOES (like jeans that are $200 a piece) and a lot of really jewelry! I mean I'm 14 and I dropped out of school halfway through last year, got a full time job and I work 8 hours a day and babysit in weekends to help my mum pay bills, rent, and buy food… And I don't complain about it! Am I being insensitive towards her or is she just spoiled?

Added (1). It's sort of a family business…

This should really be in the "Family & Relationships" section.

And I think she is very spoiled.
She should be less materialistic and appreciate the smaller things in life.

She is looking for more

Where do you live that allows any 14year old to work a full time job? I would think that would be considered child labor which limits the hours and when the child can work.

I'd stab her with a spoon.
