Am i listening to music too much?

1. My volume is 2 bars up on iPhone. Biggest is 3 at home and outside is 5 or 6.
2. I use headphones at home. Occasionally earphones…
3. Sometimes I don't listen to music for the whole day, but if I do listen, in a day I would listen up to 2-4 hours of music a day.

Is this too much for me?

Added (1). when I listen to music, its usually during studies and reading etc.

2 to 4 hours a day is not much, most jobsites I have worked at have music playing all day long, 9 hours a day while working at on lunch breaks
background music is fine for hours at a time, just make sure you have other things going on in your life such as reading a book while playing music or listening yo music while working out

This should be no problems, i listen to 6-12 hours of music (loud and not so loud) every day, and i have excellent hearing. Don't worry too much about that, but make sure to have some nice earbuds or headphones or your ears might get irritated and you will get infections etc, not very pleasent, i've had it for quite a long time now and was hard to get away. Keep it real!

  • What are some good free music listening apps for an iPhone? I have used the app spotify and did not care for it. I would still like find a app where you can find a song and listen to it for free. I already know of Pandora and use it but I want something that you can create your own playlist and listen to it for free.
  • Should I stop listening to grime music? I have loads of grime music on my iphone because I got into it early this year, but everytime I listen to it now I feel like i'm some sort of chav! I now think rap is much better and when you listen to rap you actually feel good, but when you listen to grime you feel like a chav! Not all grime, some is good. But yeah, what do you think, should I just stop listening completely? Or?
