Amp goes in protect mode when I turn the volume up?
I'm really frustrated trying to figure this out. I have 2 md sound 12's. 2 ohm, dual voice coil, on a kicker zx 750.1 the speakers are wired at 2 ohms because the amp isn't 1 ohm stable so I can't run the subwoofers at 1 ohm. I just hooked everything up, and it sounded good, but when I turn my volume up to about 25( when it really starts hitting) the amp goes in and out of protect mode, and sometimes the speakers will make a ticking sound. Like the sound iPhones make when you text. I can't figure this one out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Volts probably drop too low. Same thing happens to me with my jl audio hd1200 and 12w7 i can't cut the gain up a little over 3/8s of the way and cut the music up. The amp started flashing red and green when i turned the gain up and started blastin the music then i cut the music back down and it went back to green. I looked at the manual and it said when it does that the volts drop down to 8. Thats terrible. You may need a new alternator and batteries or a battery and do the big 3. I'm gonna get all that soon. Cause it sounds crazy when it was cranked up and i feel like i'm missin out lol
- My iPhone 4 goes into sleep mode? Okay so when I wake up in the morning I'll check my phone and have no missed callls or messages, and then all of a sudden I'll get all these text at one time and people say they have been trying to call all morning! It's making me mad and I don't know how to fix it. My alarm works and everything and they say my phone rings! Anyone know how to fix this?
- MacBook goes to sleep mode when iPhone placed in one spot? I noticed a few months ago that every time that I place my iPhone 5 on the space to the left of my MacBook track pad, it automatically shuts off all connections to my MacBook, and the laptop goes into sleep mode. I'm wondering if anyone knows why, or if this has happened to anyone else. I just find it really weird since I have no other problems with the MacBook or the iPhone. P.S. - This did not happen with my iPhone 4
