An I going to be able to download IOS 7 on the iPhone 4?

If an iPhone 5s (budget purposes) or iPhone 6 comes out, I don't think the iPhone 4 will be able to update to iOS 7. Having seen the 3gs left in the dust since the iPhone 5 came out, I have a strong feeling that the iPhone 4 will be the same, especially with apple. It seems that since we try to keep the same updates on three different processors (ex. A4 A5 A6) some run updates better than others so the iPhone 4 will most likely update till it can no longer keep up. Sorry for the long answer but yes it will update, it will just be slower.
