Any good apps for international calling?

I'm looking for an app that I can use to call my relatives out of the country, specifically Asian countries such as Vietnam or Japan. I know there are probably many apps for this but here's the deal… I need an app that I can use to call internationally BUT it doesn't have to be installed on the other person's (whoever I'm calling) phone because where my relatives live, there ain't no such thing as an iPhone or any of that fancy schmancy stuff:/ just those phones that you can ONLY text and call on, with no downloads or anything. So yeah, let me know of any useful apps! Please and thanks!

You do not necessarily need an app- just utilize Wi-Fi calling. It works on most T-Mobile phones, including the iPhone as of tomorrow (with the iOS 8 update). The good thing about it is that you still use your phone number to send/receive texts- not a special app. So long as you are connected to Wi-Fi it will make the calls via Wi-Fi.

  • Why won't iTunes transfer any song or any file to any of my devices? I have unistalled and reinstalled iTunes multiple times. When I go to to transfer a song to iphone, ipad, ipod it just freezes up and doesn't do anything. I'm running the newest version of the program. What do I need to do? Just want to fix it. Thanks. I have waited on the program to transfer just to see if it is slow or what and it took 30 mins and nothing. I can't download software updates also.
  • What is a good international texting app? My girlfriend of over a year is studying abroad in Spain for the next7 months. Right now we're using Vapor and it's alright but I was wondering if anyone had any other good suggestions. I need something that is completely free with no hidden charges. It's alright if Wi-Fi is needed, that shouldn't be much of an issue. Btw, we both have iPhones.Me an iPhone 4S and her a 3GS
  • Is there any calling apps that work without Wi-Fi? I have a 5 Generation iPod. My parents can't afford an iPhone for me, and I can't afford one either. I want to call and text without Wi-Fi on my iPod. Is there any LEGIT and REAL apps that do this? If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. -Thank you.
