To begin there are a few ways you could get hold of an Iphone 5 be it legitimately or simply by committing fraud (such as stealing which I absolutely DO NOT recommend).
Legitimate ways:
Participate in competitions or lucky draws where Iphone 5s are given out as prizevb
You may convince family or friends to chip in and present you an iphone to commemorate a special event, for example if it is your birthday.
You may join a company or work for one which hand over iphone 5s as work phones.
You may build your own Iphone 5 if you have access to all the resources and apple has granted you permission(which is definitely far-fetched idea but possible).
I can't think of anything more that would be rational and before I start listing out mad ideas, I hope the first 3 suggestions will help you find your way.
