Any place to eat on 10th ave in boro park, brooklyn?
I might be working in a nursing home soon (applied for job, I think I have a good shot because I already volunteer for 2+ years for the same company but in a different location, they own 27 locations)
anyways, I want to find out more about the area, I never really gone to boro park and my goal is to live in Brooklyn by next year.
is there places to eat near this address? 4915 10th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11219. Apparently the iPhone map thinks its a Dunkin' Donuts but its not, its the nursing home. And if I do get the job I would like to go out sometimes for the hour break…
I already looked up a different Dunkin Donuts location but its still 16 minutes with public transportation, I do not know if it is considered rude to go on Public Transportation during the work day… :/
Added (1). I meant borough park* they spell the name of the nursing home boro park so I wasn't thinking.
Walk up Fort Hamilton Parkway to New Utrecht Ave.
There's probably a pizzeria or Chinese take-out around there.
You may have to walk over to 7th or even Fifth Avenue, but there are plenty of places within walking distance
- Why does my Iphone 4S get warm and eat battery? So I got my new phone a few days ago and can't help but notice that it gets pretty warm after about 20 minutes of using facebook and the app store. I'm also losing 1% battery every 3-4 minutes while using it. Is this normal? I have tried turning off 'locations' on most apps and left it on for weather etc. Removed my icloud account but it still gets quite warm. Concerned it will damage the phone, thanks for any input!

- Is anyone besides me excited for the Apple iPhone event on Sept 10th? I have put off getting a phone. In fact I have not owned a phone in over 6 years. However I think there's a good possibility that I will get a phone this time around. Still haven't decided whether I will get an Apple iPhone or a Samsung. It's a hard decision. I have been using Skype for the last 6 years and so far it has worked for me but I think it is high time I get a real phone.
