Any realtime application translator?

Back after a long time! How you doin' my kind helpers?

Ok, I installed a chinese app on my win 7 but it has no other languages except chinese!
I can guess what some of you guys may say so let me mention a few things:

1. The app has no language selection option in the installing menu, so you have no choice but installing it in chinese.

2. Even in the app itself there's no option for changin languate I checked all the options blindly and there was no other language.
So what I need is an auto app translator which translates all the words soon as I open the app. And about the app, Um… Consider it as some sort of PC Suite.somethin' like iTunes or 25pp appstore. Can you guys tell me which application can translate all that chinese words to english and in realtime as I open the chinese app?
Is there any translation software like this? I have senn the iPhone version of it.

Allright, first of all, you will have to jailbreak your iPhone.
NOTE: THIS IS THE ONLY Way TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS!
After you Jailbreak your iPod, go into Cydia and type in Auto Apptranslate. The tweak will cost $1.99, though, it is not for free.
After, go into the app Auto Apptranslate and select which app you want to translate.
Select Auto Translate and Real Time Translation.
After, just launch 25pp, and you will have it translated to English!
