A Legit IMEI iPhone 6 Unlocking Service?

Alright So to clear the picture no I did not steal the phone or anything its my dads old IPhone 6 that had got lost and he called it in stolen and then he found but when he tried to get back into it his apple I'd needed to be entered but he forget and then his apple id got locked up so does anyone know any legit IMEI unlocking websites please only legit ones that you have had personal experience with

They can't be reversed but a new IMEI number can be installed. The ONLY legal source for that is the original manufacturer or their authorised official repair agencies.

Anyone else doing it is in the business of illegal phone cloning, and apart from the illegality they're equally happy to clone the same IMEI to other phones as well which could leave you in deep doodoos.

Although manufacturers are allowed to allocate replacement IMEI numbers the trend has been to kill illegal cloning by making it impossible to change the IMEI and that applies to your iPhone 6. There are ways around that on those models but they're difficult enough that only really determined criminals who are willing to pay far more than the phone is worth will now do it.

One other problem exists: your dad might not be the legal owner. If he claimed on insurance then the phone now belongs to them and he'll need their approval to keep it: usually they'll want a payment for it. Once it is reported lost or stolen, only the original owner with their account info can get the blacklist reversed with the carrier.

The forgotten password will need to be remembered, if he wants to use or give the phone away so that the new owner can use it.

There's no such service as an IMEI unlocking service. The original carrier that the phone is lock to, can unlock it so that the phone can be used on any compatible carrier network, but he will still need to come up with the passwords he used on the phone and or Apple ID or iCloud account.
