Recommend a language learning app on iPhone?
Am really interested in learning a new language. Just need an app to start me off with the basics…
I've started studying Deutsche with Babbel and it's more than useful!
I wholeheartedly suggest it to you
Duolingo! It will teach you everything from the basics… And oh yeah it's free!
Scribe Origins, it's free and you can choose a variety of languages class on it. By the way, it's in form of a game. That's what i have been using as of the moment.
- Would playing The Sims in another language be a good way to learn that language? I play The Sims a lot anyway. There's a lot of volcabulary like household objects, emotions, everyday tasks etc This wouldn't be my only way of learning btw. I also have a learning French iphone app and a friend who is fluent.
- What's the best way to learning Objective-C for developing iPhone apps? C/C++ first? From where? How long will this take for a relatively simple app (somewhat like a workout logger application)?
- Learning italian with duolingo? Hi, I started learning italian with the duolingo app for iPhone. It's going pretty well but I have a couple questions. Are there better ways to learn online? Is there anything else I should be doing to improve my skills? How good is the italian they teach?
- Is there an iPhone app to speak another language? I want to speak Russian or Spanish(Mexico) but I can't find a decent app. Do you know of a decent app?
