Anyone regret from changing iphone 4 to samsung note 2?

I had been using Iphone 4 for like 1 year plus and so I changed to samsung note 2 because I feel that android phone can customize etc… But after like 2 weeks of using… I regretted… Although the difference between iphone 4 and note 2 is big but I miss some of iphone's functions and now ios 7 is out >< I miss the iphone's Imessage, emoticons(not on on whatsapp), itunes syncing and I also felt that the note 2 used up 4g data very fast but well the note 2 is awesome too… Does anyone feel the same?

I've had the note 2 and before that I've owned 6 android phones. I've switched to the iphone 5 and I absolutely love it! I personally feel like I've experienced less glitch and random phone restarts in the iphone than the androids. Yes the screen is bigger and nicer, but in the end it's more of a preference in os (operating system). If you like iOS better, I would stick with it. I highly doubt you'll miss the giant screen by much. Data wise I have no idea. I still run unlimited with verizon so I don't pay attention to it. Hope you make a wise decision!

This is a highly subjective issue and is based on personal preference. You are currently still inclined towards iOS as you used it for a year and have just begun using Android. With time you might begin to enjoy the Android OS more as you discover more features.

Personally I feel that the Android operating system is superior in many ways to the iOS. You can set up a very useful sync on Android to using your Google account that backs up your applications, wi-fi passwords and other settings. This is useful when you reformat your phone or change to a new one as it will re-download your applications once you sign in to your Google account. There are also many things that are a lot more straightforward such as setting a new ringtone. You can simply select a song on your phone and set it as a ringtone and even download free applications that allow you to trim your songs to create ringtones- all from your phone. I'll include an article with a list of Android features you might find interesting and useful.

With all that said, if you still feel uncomfortable with Android after a period of time you should just go back to what you're comfortable with. The user experience is subjective to each individual and you should go with what you enjoy more.

  • Samsung galaxy s4, samsung note 2, or iPhone 5? I'm upgrading from the iPhone 4s and I don't know what to do! I love my iPhone but I love the size of the samsungs? Need advice what does everyone think?
  • Random note just appeared on iPhone note pad? When I touched the "+" button to make a new note, a random note appeared and it said, "Holy crud, you never sleep do you"… I checked the date and it said today at 7:03 am. Just when I opened the app. I've been having weird sleeping patterns so I'm on my phone a lot at night when I can't sleep. This just kinda freaked me out… Have any idea what this is?

  • IPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, Samsung Galaxy S4 or Samsung Galaxy Note 3? I have the Samsung Galaxy S 4G for over three years now and it sucks so much, so I'm planning on getting a new phone on T-Mobile. I can't decide between the iPhone 5S, the iPhone 5C, the Samsung Galaxy S4, or the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I kind of like the Note 3 because it is big and the features are very cool. But I'm not sure which one to get? Do you guys have a suggestion? Like which one I should get. Please don't recommend another phone besides these four.
