App that is free, and you can watch tv without Wi-Fi or 3G?
All of the apps say "watch with 3-G ir wi-fi!" well… What if I don't have an iphone, and I'm on the go… And there's no Wi-Fi? Does anyone know of an app for tv that you don't need any time of connection for!

No connection means no connection unless the shows have been ripped from a DVD and loaded onto the device.
There ARE those televisions that you can crank for emergencies that still work.
That's simply not possible.TV Streaming has to happen somehow, over 3G or Wi-Fi.
