APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ANNOYING?

I got replacement/refurbished IPHONE 6 two weeks ago because my original screen got cracked. Right out of the box the microphone was having issues because I can't send a voice text or use Siri and the buttons have been pressing on their own. I called Apple and they wanted me to backup my phone on ITunes and the factory reset the phone. I don't see a point in doing that because the phone was already factory reset when it was sent to me, plus I don't have a computer available until mine is fixed which won't be soon. I called back and the rep is saying that I need to do that step before I can go further or go to an APPLE store which is 3 hours away from me. I paid $100 for this replacement and now IIm stuck. I feel like it's only right that I get a new replacement phone! Anyone have any advice?

Tell them you backed it up that and it still is having problems. The issue is you. They gave you a solution and you're just whining about it. Not their fault you broke your computer too. Or where you live.

Give your head a shake. There's NOTHING they can do to make you happy, short of coming to your house and handing you a brand new phone in person. That ain't gonna happen. So you were told what to do but you seem to have an excuse for everything. Stick with what you have then if you think you are a know it all.
