APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ANNOYING?
I got replacement/refurbished IPHONE 6 two weeks ago because my original screen got cracked. Right out of the box the microphone was having issues because I can't send a voice text or use Siri and the buttons have been pressing on their own. I called Apple and they wanted me to backup my phone on ITunes and the factory reset the phone. I don't see a point in doing that because the phone was already factory reset when it was sent to me, plus I don't have a computer available until mine is fixed which won't be soon. I called back and the rep is saying that I need to do that step before I can go further or go to an APPLE store which is 3 hours away from me. I paid $100 for this replacement and now IIm stuck. I feel like it's only right that I get a new replacement phone! Anyone have any advice?

Or
Tell them you backed it up that and it still is having problems. The issue is you. They gave you a solution and you're just whining about it. Not their fault you broke your computer too. Or where you live.
Give your head a shake. There's NOTHING they can do to make you happy, short of coming to your house and handing you a brand new phone in person. That ain't gonna happen. So you were told what to do but you seem to have an excuse for everything. Stick with what you have then if you think you are a know it all. Obviously from OPENING UP THE BOX, even if it is refurbished, I was having issues. Why factory reset a phone that was JUST FACTORY RESET?! Makes no sense. No one gave me a solution they just told me to do something that was already done. Can anyone read here?

- You are currently not allowed to use this service. Please contact customer care support. Msg 2126 is what my sprint iPhone says people can? Still call me but I can't call them or text them if they don't have iPhone what does this mean?
- Will Verizon Wireless customer service be open on Christmas Eve? I'm getting my husband an iPhone and I was wondering if he would be able to call Customer Service and have them activate it on Christmas Eve day/evening?
- Why is Apple being so annoying So my iPhone won't let me buy any apps whatsoever because it says my security code is "invalid" when all of my information is correct from my card. Apple told me to call my bank and my bank told me to call apple. I did both and they're both stupid. Has anyone had this issue and how was it resolved!
- How to make a receipt on an iphone and email it to the customer? I just need to make a simple form that can be used on an iphone so when customers come in I can save paper and time by just emailing them a receipt. The simplest solution would be the best preferably without having to use an smtp server.
