Apple exchanged my Iphone which i had backed up but my music isn't on there?
I took my phone into apple today and had backed it up yesterday just incase they gave me a new phone which they did. I have just restored my phone but none of my music is on my new phone. If I go to the itunes store on my phone and search for a song I have previously purchased it just had 'purchased' next to that song. But I can't play them. It only plays the preview of the song. But if I go to the itunes store on my phone it wants me to re-purchase the songs. How do I get the songs back?
Go back to the store and have them fix it
- Where to have Iphone 6 exchanged for a new one? I bought my Iphone 6 in T-mobile and currently my Iphone 6 is having this popping creaking sound when you touch the upper right screen. I read similar cases and they went to an Apple store and they exchange it for a new one? Where should I go T-Mobile or Apple store since I bought it from T-Mobile?

- My new iPhone 5s keeps on saying that my phone isn't backed up? What does this mean and how can I fix it. Oh btw here's quote on quote what it says "this iPhone hasn't been backed up in 3 weeks. Back ups happen when this iPhone is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi."
- My iPhone says that there's headphones plugged in but there isn't? I haven't used the headphone jack in my iPhone for a long time and today out of the blue when ever I try to turn up the volume it says It's adjusting the headphone volume. Is there a way to fix it on my own? I look in the slot and I can see one of the buttons just looks jammed down
