Apple ID 'this account has been disabled' message?

Okay, so I can't download any apps because it comes up with a box saying 'this apple ID had been disabled for security reasons. Tap to reset.' I've tried to reset it over 10 times using every email I have, and my main one about 4 times. The email never comes through and if I go back and try the security question that won't work either (the security question is my date of birth).

Also, when I go on any of my apps that were installed before my account was disabled, the message pops up to type in my password like for when you download an app. If I type my password in and click okay, it will just keep popping back up, so I've been clicking cancel. I think it was doing this before my account was disabled but I'm not completely sure because I've been on holiday in between:/ arrrgh so could that have done something! I know I should call apple, but I thought I should see if there's anything else I can do first.

Any help will be useful I'm sure. It's just really annoying -.-
