Apple says my phone is with AT&T but AT&T customer service said it's not. Why?
Purchased an iphone from Amazon. It says carrier not available and won't read my sim. I called AT&T and they told me it's not with AT&T and she also said that's why it's not working and to have the phone unlocked. I called apple and was told it's with AT&T

- This may be dumb question but I saw a screenshot of an iphone message but instead of the three bubbles on the bottom it said typing on top? It had the contact photo picture and said "is typing…" i just want to know how their messages look that way and mine still have the three bubble son the bottom
- My iphone says i'm connected to Wi-Fi but when i try to run something it says i'm not connected? My phone shows signal, it has a check mark by the device but when i try to open an app it says can't find a connection.
