None of the apps on my iPhone are downloading anymore? - 1
I have an iPhone 4s and none of my apps will download or when i try to update the ones I already have, they don't load either. It just keeps giving me a message that says "Unable to Download Application. (whatever app I'm trying to download) could not be downloaded at this time." I have tried shutting my phone off many times and even deleting apps to make sure I don't have too much. Not sure what else I can do.
Factory reset the phone and sign in again.

Have you tried restoring it? Itunes will back up all of your data, apps, contacts, emails, texts, images, music e.t.c when you plug in and sync your iphone so you won't lose any data!
If you do want to restore if nothing else works then you need to plug in your iphone, click on it once it's connected, under the image of the iphone it will say 'restore'. You click this and go through the steps, making sure that you choose to back up your data to your PC/laptop. It will take a little while to restore but once it's done the Iphone will be like new. You then connect your iphone to your itunes and it will ask if you want to put the data back onto the iphone. You choose that and all of your data is put back on. Hopefully, after this your apps should download again.
