Apps whei can write poetry or lyrics and keep it private?

I want something where it requires a password to use it so my family/friends don't read what i write

On an iPhone, the Notes app now has a passcode feature.

In android, you can get journal/diary apps for free or paid (there's a ton of them), and they will usually have passcode features as well. You could save it in your email draft folder.
Even if someone looks over your shoulder, unless you're writing at the moment, they're not likely to look there. If you have an iPhone, just use notes and put a password on your iPhone.
