Same. You can get either color for an iPhone. However, the black iphone 4 came before the white iphone 4, but they are still as "old" as each other.
The black iphone was the original, then when iphone 4 was released the white came along.

The black one has more of a washed out screen and not a true black its like a washed out black. The white one is much better… When starting up it is pure black unlike the black one.
