Are iPhone 4 videos compatible with Facebook sharing?

I have been unable to post a short (16 seconds) video from my iPhoto library. The photo was originally taken on my iPhone 4: 720 x 1280; 23.0MB; H.264; 27.fps.
So far on Apple Support i can't find out which type of video file the Apple mobile video works on. Facebook states that MP4 format will work best. I do have Flip4Mac on my iMac so i can watch wmv but i doubt that will help in this instance. Thanks for any and all info/assistance someone who is in the know can provide!

Added (1). Thank you, Paul, for the information. On the Facebook Help page the: mov(Quicktime Movie) is listed as being compatible for Facebook posted videos, which, as you have pointed out, the format provided by Apple. Since i do use Wi-Fi connection to my iMac, that may be the issue, though i do recall posting a video to Facebook in the past from my iMac and had no difficulty.

IPhones create.mov or Quicktime format, I haven't looked at the compatibility that facebook offers in quite some time, regardless there shouldn't be any reason that you are unable to upload the video from your phone. It can depend on if you are getting an error message from facebook also; a common reason for upload failure is due to network issues whether it be Wi-Fi or cellular. However if you are still having trouble, you can always pull the video off by connecting it with the data cable to your computer or by using photostream(esp if you are running an Apple computer)- wireless method that after its setup, will automatically take a copy of your photos and videos on your phone to your computer when you connect to your home Wi-Fi.
