Yes but there's a problem with them when there in your pocket the heat from your leg makes the metal the phones encased in gose soft and bends out of shape so I would consider getting the new htc1
Yeah, however, they are prone to bending and very faulty. I would wait until they either fix the problem, or until they release something like an iPhone 6S. Or, like many wise consumers, buy the Samsung Galaxy S5
