Are IPhones really that great?
I'm thinking of buying an IPhone 5 in December, and I keep looking forward to it, but then I think 'is it Really worth spending £450 on a phone'?
I currently have a HTC Desire C, and I've never had any problems or complaints regarding it
Do you recommend getting the IPhone, or are/have you been disappointed with yours?
Buy a 4s there less expensive and the same as the 5
I bought one a few months ago and I thought it was going to be a big huge deal and thought I was going to look tough with one. I really do not like it. I'm going to get the HTC one.
It's worth it if you jailbreak it lol jk
I haven't been particularly disappointed with iPhones, but they get quite boring. They may be very speedy but they aren't very customizable. Personally, I think you should stick your Android. Android phones are great, you can get way more applications. Also, the main problem with iPhones is that iPhones generally develop an aerial fault where you can't get signal after a couple of years. However, if you do decide to get an iPhone, get the 4s. They are half the cost and they are slightly heavier which is actually a good thing for an iPhone!
An iPhone should cost nowhere near £450! Is that how much they are in pound-money land? They're $199 for the 16gb version here in the USA. They will have a cheaper version coming out soon.
and it's iPhone 6 that's just about to come out.refurb iPhone 5s will be cheaper then.
anyway, Android is better. Apple controls all the apps that are allowed on the iPhone with iTunes; with Android people are free to install what they want from where they want. And there's much more innovation going on in the Android world.
No, they're a distraction. No phone will ever be great
I was very hesitant to buy an iPhone, BUT now that I have one, I would never ever go back to anything else because they are amazing! I think they are the best invention ever.
HOWEVER I have found 3 things so far that bug me:
1. You can't Bluetooth songs from other phones. You have to buy them on iTunes which is how they make their money.
2. When I switch my phone off at night, my alarm doesn't go off in the morning. The phone has to be switched on for the alarm to go off.
3.It's so amazingly advanced that the battery dies down very quickly.
But there's so much good and better stuff that the iPhone can do that it's totally worth it.
Once you've had an iPhone you will never go back!
Apple Mac the biggest scam after religion.
Yes iPhones are that great Take it from me I have had a lot of phones and I do mean A LOT of phones. I noticed iPhones apps really NEVER crash and are much better, the display is BEAUTIFUL, typing is dead on and the word prediction is pretty good, siri is great for maps and other things, the new IOS 7 coming out is going to be awesome which will make the phone even more amazing by the time you get it, I never dropped a call and the service is great, they are a decent size, and they are just pretty lol. I believe they are worth every penny! If you want a good phone this is the phone for you. The reasons I listed or the many reasons I'm sure others have listed or even web sites will point out are proof on just how wonderful the iPhone is. I use to go through phones like no tomorrow cause I was never truly satisfied until I came across the iPhone and I was hooked. Trust me they are wonderful Hope I helped!
IPhones are GREAT: D but I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT Recommend THE IPHONE 5 (I had 18 replacement units from Apple within 8 months of my initial purchase - as Apple would not swap for a different device or refund) THEY HAD All HAD IDENTICAL FAULTS… Finally after much hassle speaking to managers at Apple they finally agreed to downgrade my device to a 4S free of charge (brand new - unlocked for free and with brand new 2yr Apple warranty to replace the 8months I'd lost with the 5) and and since then I've not experienced a single problem: D If you are going to get an iPhone, DEFINITELY GET AN IPHONE 4S OR OLDER…
No, they are bad. Get a high end android phone
No. They're outdated technology sold at an extreme premium. Apple makes 52% profit on their phones… Yes. 52%. And the inside of them is Frankenstein of Samsung, Sony, and other companies. Apple doesn't make anything inside except the operating system.
They're boring, delicate and petite.
The only reason they're so popular is ignorance and cell carrier subsidies. 199 on contract isn't too bad. But 650! F that ish.
If you're accustomed to Android advanced os, then just upgrade to newer Android device. You'll hate the boring ui and poor logic of iOS.
- Where can i get a really really cheap Iphone 4, that is in immaculate condition? I've been looking for an iphone 4 for a while now, and i've tried ebay+amazon but nearly all the listings are either too overpriced or are in a damaged condition, i really really would love an iphone too and i have a budget of atleast £40.00-£50 i know that its really not alot but i really really would love an iphone that is in immaculate condition and is really cheap, help please?
- What's a Really Really good case for a iPhone? So I had to get a new iPhone 5 because the lock button broke & I had accidentally dumped coffee on it. So I had purchased a new one & I want to be VERY careful with it. Does anyone know of any really good cases to keep it safe? Price doesn't matter.
- What makes iPhones so great? I personally have an iPhone. The 5s. And it doesn't have all the glits and glamour that the galaxy has, but I don't know what it is, but something makes iPhones awesome.
- What are some really great expensive iphone apps? I'm looking for really good/fun/useful iphone apps and games that are expensive! Even if its up around $100. (if there's something really good thats around $4 I'd still get it) i mean, I would just look at the top apps on the app store, but i already did, and i know there are very good apps that they don't really mention. Ugh just so there's no more answers like Jp, I'm just curious!
