Are my AirPods faulty cause they re really quiet on volume level 2 when they shouldn t be?

I know they get louder on volume 2 cause for the first time today for about 4 seconds they spazzed out and played the sound they should play on volume 2 then went back to quiet. I have to have them almost full blast to actually hear and it isn't that loud, should I go to apple to?

Added (1). They're airpods 2 & been like this since the day I got them so it isn't a wax builf up etc. Lol

  • My stereo/hifi is really quiet? I've just been given a pretty old hifi and I'm using a lead from the back to connect to my iPhone, the thing is that even when the hifi is on 35 volume it's still really quiet, all I know that it's a SHARP Sub woofer system with Dolby digital and a 3 disc tray thing. Can anyone tell my why it is so quiet and how I fix it? Thank you. Sorry I couldn't tell anyone more about this system, I've only got it today
  • My iPhone 5 is really quiet when making calls? Recently my iPhone has been really quiet when I'm on the phone. If I ring someone or they ring me I can barely hear what they are saying. Its only been like this for the last few weeks it was fine before then. All other sounds are loud so the music plays fine and my ringtone/message tone etc is all fine. So does anyone know why or how I could fix it? All help appreciated:-)
