Are people actually buying iPhones with Flappy bird installed?

Nope

I would say no. Looking at completed sells on ebay the only iphones showing with sells are sellers with 0 feedback and buyers with 0 feedback. I highly doubt the sellers will get any money.

I've seen tones being sold. Most don't have bids and people are just setting ridiculous prices for there iphones/ipods. But a few have had tones of bids.

These are scams to get people to spend money. Look at the sellers and bidders feedback. Oh wait… They don't have any. That should tell you enough.
