Are the new iPhone low prices from sprint for preorders only? (details)?

The 5c 16gb can be pre ordered now just for free (+tax and plan etc) but I thought it would start at $99, plus if you see the iPhone 5s which apple said would start at 199 sprint will have it starting at $99… Is this an offer for pre orders only or what?

Wow thats weird? But i'm 100% sure there's no way you can pre-order the iphone 5s. It comes out at sep 20 and you can order it online or go in store. For the 5c, i think you can pre-order it now and it comes to your house at sep 20

- Why is my battery always low on my new iPhone 7? Ok so I've had my iPhone 7 for like 4-5 months and by accident about 2-3 times my brother for water in it. I know there was water beucase when I played music and sounded weird. It eventually stopped so I wasn't worried anymore but then I noticed that my battery went down so fast. When I first got it it was perfectly fine. Anyways to prevent my battery from going down?
- Why does F0CAN05NY3.TO no longer update daily prices? Historical prices are correct? TD REAL RETURN BOND - A (Ticker: F0CAN05NY3.TO, GOOGLE: TDB108). The daily price has not updated since Dec. 6, but if you look at historical prices, they are all there and match the Google numbers. The iPhone finance app (which uses this ticker symbol) also does not update this item.
