Nope, it's illegal to record phone calls unless you notify the caller that you're recording it. Therefore you legally can't have an app that automatically records phone calls

I have a bluetooth stereo head unit in my car which can be used as a hands free however when I receive a call I have to select the output on the iPhone to get it to come through the speakers thus ruining the point of a hands free. Is there a way I can get the iPhone to automatically select the hands free when it is available? Otherwise I don't get what they are trying to achieve.
