There are plenty on iPod/iPhone. You can get Sim City, but The Simpsons: Tapped Out, Tiny Tower and the My Little Pony game are honourable mentions.
The next SimCity will soon come out on the PC and there's also Cities XL. These may be a little more realistic then you're looking for though. Also, Tropico 4 and Civilization V are two strategy games that incorporate some of the things you listed (they are both on the pc).
- Is there any iphone games that are knock offs of the old gameboy pokemon games? I'm looking for a games like pokemon ruby, sapphire, blue, yellow, etc those were always my favorite and extremely addicting if I could find a game like that for my iphone that would be amazing I don't think it would be that hard for iOS to produce those kind of graphics. And please don't tell me to jail break! I'm not interested in doing that. Any help is much appreciated.
