Are those iPhone selling sites like Quibids legitimate?
I have a 16gb IPhone 3GS. It's white and in fair condition. Cracked a little on the back near the port but an excellent phone. Think they'll buy it and for how much?
Quibids is what is referred to as a "Penny Auction". Where as they are not a ripoff per say, but more of a gambling website. For each "bid" of a penny, it will cost you a dollar to buy that bid. Your gambling that it will land on your penny bid when the timer expires. So if the item sells for 10.00 on Quibids, bidders collectively spent 1, 000.00 bidding on this item, and the reason that they can sell this items "90% off retail". The rules are cleary spelled out and so its not a scam, but if you don't read them its your loss.
I doubt theyll take it. My sister and i looked on there and for every electronic we had, it said it was worthless, as in no money, even in perfect condition! Your best bet is game stop. You could also find an electronics recycling kiosk. If its in good working condition, you could get money for it. But i still recommend gamestop.
No penny auction sites are not for used stuff.
Here's one site for Cell Phone, book selling usell.com
Craigslist.org, where you could meet face to face to sell to someone local might get you the best price.
- Which is better: selling on amazon or selling on ebay? I have an individual seller account and I've noticed that my products sell much faster or ebay. However, I sold two iphones. My final sale fee $1100. However, ebay charged me a final sale fee of $135 Then I was charged $40 by paypal Then I paid $60 total to ship both items. On my amazon account I sold 1 phone. The phone cost $180 Amazon took out $30 Shipping cost $10 So I made $140
- Where's the cheapest place to get a legitimate lifeproof phone case for my iPhone? I've seen some at places like walmart and best buy, but I was wondering if it might be cheaper to buy it at a phone company like verizon, if I already get a discount on all verizon products? Or is verizon just more expensive anyways?
- Legitimate biometric palmistry apps available? Was wanting to check out different biometric apps on my iphone, but they mostly false advertise and say in a tiny disclaimer at the bottom that the scan does not actually do anything, entertainment purposes only, or the best ones say something along the lines of a joke reading sent to you so you and your friends can laugh and post to Facebook! I don't take astrology, tarot, and palm reading that lightly. Any links or recommendations?
- Is Wholesalefactoryshop.com a legitimate place to buy from? They have super cheap iPhone cases such as Otterboxes and LifeProof cases. Is this a legitimate site? I've never heard of it before, and seeing the low prices, you'd think everyone would be buying from it if it were legitimate.
