AT&T iPhone 6S with 2-year contract?

Currently I own the iPhone 5S and I'm looking to upgrade it to the 6S.
The iPhone 6S with a 2-year contract is priced as $199.99. My question is, is this the price of the phone alone? What else will I be charged for at the time of purchase and in the future?

You will have to pay for the activation fee, and they might require you to pay for the remaining portion of that month's service. ATT fee structure seems to change daily - getting the 6s on a 2-year deal seems to be rarer now, so i you can grab it, get it. I personally am not comfortable buying a phone elsewhere, and waking into the ATT store and telling them I want to use MINE - it. Legal, but there are horror stories every day about buying your OWN phone from? Independently. Maybe I'm a wuss - but I would rather be a SAFE wuss, for the amount of $$ involved! You can also *sell* your 5S - Amazon is a good deal, since they pay you in Amazon Bucks - credit - and give you more value than if you took cash someplace else. As long as you are doing all this WHEN YOUR CONTRACT IS UP (first day of the month in which your contract expires) - you will get the best deal; ATT does not want you to go to another vendor!

IPhone 6S is $199.99 with 2-years contract. If you already have a plan with AT&T, you'll have to get the phone at retail price which is $649.99 and if you're eligible for upgrade, you just have to pay $199.99 with TAX if applicable.
