AT&T iPhone not getting Internet?
I just got an iPhone 4S with a 2 year contract with AT&T in June. It runs on 4G and has worked perfectly up until this past monday. When I was in school it just kept loading and loading and eating up my battery, it never connected. Over the next few days, my service started to drop also. The 4G symbol in the top left disappears on and off frequently and sometimes it just says "No Service".
I talked with my friends who have AT&T iPhones and they said nothing was wrong with their phones in the school. Plus my phone had been working inside the school perfectly up until this week, so its not the school.
I went into the AT&T store and the man did a hard reset on it. I left the store and it worked until the next day when I went back to school. He gave me a new SIM card so I activated it with customer service last night. Once again it seemed to be working fine… Until I went to school today.
What is wrong? This is ridiculous that i pay $30 a month for internet and it won't even work and it's eating up my battery in just a few hours!
Back to the store. Sounds like a lemon.
- Why does my iPhone still charge for Internet even when I'm not using Internet? So, I recently got a pay monthly plan with my new iPhone 4s. When i'm out and about I'm usually updating my twitter and Facebook account. But, when I'm put my phone down, 3G still says I'm using it and charging me. So do I have to turn it off when i'm finished? Or is there a much easier way?
- Why am I getting free internet on iphone? Ok so I bought this iphone 5c like two months ago(not unlocked) mostly to for music and to use the camera. Not really wanting to conect it or anything(sprint phone) but anyways I've noticed that the phone connects to the network anywhere though I can't call or text but it connects anywhere. Anyways I haven't put any credit card information anywhere and this phone was restarted when I got it, should I be worried?
- My Iphone is not letting me access the internet or internet based apps? I have an Iphone 5. Never had any issues but now it won't connect to the internet or any apps. It does the same thing it does when I have no service (just has that little circle symbol that means it's trying to get through). Orginally, I thought it must be a universal problem but everyone else has service and they are in the same location as me. Also I always use my phone here with no problems. I have tried turning it off and on again but nothing.
- Is there any way of getting iPhone 5 for 199$ and getting rid of the contract? I just want the phone and wanna get rid of the contract without paying for it. I know how to unlock the phone so that's not a problem.
