AT&T partial discount on iPhone 5s or iPhone 6s?
I've been with AT&T for over a year and I'm on a 2yr contract. I just found out I was eligible for an upgrade on a partial discount. I was thinking about upgrading to either an iPhone 5s 32gb or a iPhone 6s with either 16gb or 64gb. I was wondering how much it would cost to do so and how would an upgrade fee cost. Anyone who with AT&T have any answers?

- Where to buy an iPhone 4s/5 for discount? Not used, if possible, but I'll take used as long as it is in extremely good/like new condition. RELIABLE places, too please. I'd like to stay off of ebay. Craigslist might be okay (Pennsylvania) but I would prefer not to go there if possible. Links would be great, if that's no trouble, if it is, then fine thanks for answering anyway.
