ATT or Tmobile for Iphone 5s?
Thinking about getting an Iphone 5s. Won't be using that much data without a Wi-Fi connection. Which service should I go with. I live in colorado springs, CO.
Also wanted to ask, I have heard that the Iphone apps even if they are turned off still will charge you data for having them on your phone on the home screens. Is that true?
I like T-Mobile better, because they're cheaper and they don't do contracts anymore. I pay $50 a month for UNLIMITED data (first 500MB are 4G LTE, after that it is downgraded speed).It's wonderful.AT&T I think is $70 or more minimum just to have the data plan.
And yes, that's true but you can make sure the apps don't do that. You can turn off the Push New Information off in settings. Every smartphone uses data in the background, because the apps like weather, mail, twitter, etc., are always looking for updated information over the internet.
- Will an unlocked ATT iPhone get 4g for Tmobile? There's tons of things on this subject but its all sort of old news. I would appreciate if someone would kindly explain if this ATT unlocked iPhone I'm about to buy will get 4g as good as a tmobile one? What is lte?
- Is the tmobile iPhone 5 already unlock? And will the tmobile 5 work on AT&T? I have recently been looking at buying an iPhone 5 and I found someone, but they have tmobile an I have AT&T. Will it work on AT&T? Also, how much would the newer SIM card be?
- I got a 2nd hand att iphone 6 plus i took it to att to activate? But the phone had been reported stolen/lost. The guy i bought it off from is not answering so he will not give me the money back. Can i use it with another carrier? Or what can i do to use it? Its unlock already.
- How to unlock IPhone 4s ATT onto TMOBILE network? My girl has a iphone 4s firmware 2.0.12 on AT&T's network. She reported it lost and is giving me that phone and she is getting a new one for $200. I want to unlock mine on T-Mobile's service. What all do I need to do in order to unlock it? They can't do anything or trace/lock the iphone once i have unlocked it onto another carrier correct?
