Band new iPhone 6s, put on a case ruined volume button, possibly defective?
I just got a brand new 6s, putting on a plastic/rubber pelican case, I put the phone in first on the sleep button side, then pushed the volume button side in. The buttons kinda got crushed by the rubber but I didn't really think much of it I thought it would be able to handle rubber, they were only under the hard part for less than a second as I just popped it in. But, the volume down button was lodged in, it's flush with the phone now, it does work but it feels really lose, you have to push on it much harder, and it makes a very quiet click compared to the distinct click the volume up and sleep buttons make. I feel really bad having this done to my brand new phone, do you think it's defective? I just can't believe this happened so easily.

- Is my iphone defective? Or an iphone 4 or 4s? I have recently purchased the iphone 4 from my local radioshack. I was researching to find out what the difference between the iphone 4s and 4 and found a physical trait. My iphone has four "antenna" that the iphone 4s has, but my iphone is just the 4. Siri and the little slot on the right side are not "included".Is my iphone a defective? Please, if anyone, answer my question.thank-you
- Is my iPhone 4S battery defective? My 4s battery seems kinda bad. I have the brightness turned up to almost 2/3. I try to not keep my apps running. But it doesn't last as long as my last iPhone. Like for instance I lost about 10% charge in about 15 minutes and I was just looking at pictures. Not doing anything intense. Is my battery bad? If it is, should I send it to apple to get it fixed?
- IPhone got wet (defective lifeproof case)? I had a lifeproof (underwater case) and I used it and my phone got wet but it already sept in by the time I got the case off. I didn't realize it as all of it had sept in. Well it wouldn't charge and I would turn it on and off and the % would change. I was using it and it was foggy (water droplets inside the camera lens) and than it froze and turned off. I put it in rice and it turned back on. I'm using it now. But it won't charge or loss battery?
- IPhone 4s volume buttons not working, how can I turn down my call volume without these buttons? My side volume buttons aren't working on my iPhone 4s and my call volume is super loud (other people can hear the person I'm on the phone with) is there any other way to turn down the call volume?
