Best apps for editing photos on iPhone 4S?
People are using some really cool editing apps on Instagram, what are your favorite editing apps?
I don't use Instagram, but Snapseed is my favorite editing program for my iPad.

PhotoToaster and King Camera.
I don't use Instagram.

Camera+ is the best app for editing photos on iPhone. I use it instead of iPhone's camera app, and I love the unique editing features it has. This is more of an alternative to Instagram than camera app. See link below for reviews.
