Best GPS app for iphone that uses the least amount of data?
Of course apple maps are built in and google maps
Seems pretty standard. Do you guys know of gps apps that don't burn through data, I'm not sure if these apps already on here do or not.
It depends if you are willing to pay. For example, TomTom makes an iPhone app that has offline maps, and you can probably be assured the maps are pretty accurate. The only free one I've tried and had reasonable success with is NavFree, which uses OpenStreetMaps (where people around the world pitch in to make maps) and the quality of which depends on where you live.
Any map application is going to use lots of data to download map details, unless it includes offline maps, and if you use offline maps, you'll chew through your storage space instead of through your data allocation. Either way, resources are used. Using a map view instead of a satellite view can help a lot, since satellite views require transfer of photos, whereas plain map views can be much more compressed.
Hi

- Which Iphone bends the least (6 or 6 plus) bend the least? I was thinking of getting the 6 or 6 plus but I was wondering what bends the least? I do put my phone in my pocket sometime especially when I'm walking but sometime when I sit down it's in my pocket. Note: I will get a case but which one bends the least? Note: And I will put it in my front pocket for whatever pants/shorts I wear.
- When does data for a iphone from Verizon reset? And what uses up data? I just got an iPhone and I'm getting messages that say that the "usage reset date" is 10/10. Does that mean that is the day my data will be reset? Also, what uses up data? All I've been doing since I got my iPhone is texting and looking at a few things on the internet but I'm always connected to my Wi-Fi.
- What's the best GPS map app for iPhone? I need a GOOD map where I could mark the start point and destination and it would guide me where to go. I've used the iOS map and Google maps and both got me lost!
- What is a good amount of web data for iphone? How much is a reasonable amount of web data monthly for iphone 4, gb or mb wise. Also, does an iphone 4 32gb still exist? Because i have seen many online on various network sites, but when i have called 2 different 3 stores, they claim they don't exist anymore. Anyone shed some light? One more question, is 16gb enough for an iphone? I have around 1060 songs on my itunes at the minute, would 16gb hold that plus around 15 apps?
