Why do my iphone apps keep closing all the time? Il be in the middle of something and all of a sudden the app closes by itself and takes me back to my home screen. What can be causing this?

Iphone SE flash light not working all the time if at all? I've reloaded iOS several times. Fresh reloads back ups tried every single backup I could find in itunes. Nothing. I can reset all settings in general and get it to come on for maybe 10 seconds then it goes off. Phone hasn't been dropped only had about a week.
IPhone 4S deleted all apps even apple apps? Last night my phone was freezing up so I turned it off and back on and when it restarted I had no messaging, phone, settings, iTunes, App Store, etc and I've turned it on and off and reset it several times. When I get a text I can see that I got it but when I click on it nothing happens I can't view the message.
