Best ISP? My family streams movies, lag?
So how should I choose ISP and internet plan according to my situation?
Basically when I relax and want to play a few games online. My family constantly streams movies with their devices, iphones, laptops. It's crazy.
It basically renders my side useless. My ping spikes up to 8, 000.
Is there an internet plan or internet service provider that targets these problems? Movie streamers?
It depends what service providers offer what in your area. I'm guessing that they are streaming movies from a video service like netflix. Netflix recommends a bandwidth of at least 1.5mbps and 3mbps for "HD". You should choose a package based on how much bandwidth is being used at peak usage times in your household.

- Will setting up a VPN prevent ISP throttling of my connection? My download speed drops while playing xbox live from 6.0 to 0.7 and disconnects me constantly. Is there a way I can setup a vpn to prevent throttling preferably off my iPhone? And if so how?
- Why don't some radio stations have online streams available? Here in South Carolina, every radio station in the cities of Greenville, Spartanburg, Myrtle Beach, and Charleston offer online streams and I can listen to them on my desktop, laptop, or IPhone. But stations in Sumter, Orangeburg, and Allendale do not and I can't listen to them anywhere but the radio. Why could this be?
- Why does my iPhone 3gs lag to send and receive messages? I have an 8GB iPhone 3GS. It won't send messages. It can take from 3 minutes to 2 hours to send a message and same with receiving a message. I'm using iMessage. It is updated to the 6.0.1. I don't know how to fix this problem because it stops me from communicating with people.
- Why are modern digital cameras still stuck with the problem of shutter lag? The iPhone has overcome this problem; incidentally, the iPhone's camera is terrible due to the amount of bright eye from the flash aside from the disgusting colour clarity.
