Best place to buy a used iphone 4? Any experiences?
Hi I'm wondering where should I buy a used iphone 4? Or even a new no contract one? I would like to buy locally but everyone around my town sells their used and abused ones for 300 dollars which is BS.
Is Ebay good? Anyone buy an Iphone off there? I know to check the seller rating. What about amazon? Which is better? I have never used Ebay so I'm unsure how their return policy is…
Ebay is one place that you can trust commonly, but i can't bet there's no exception.
In terms of choosing an used iPhone 4S, you NEED to check some features, some are listed below:
check the speaker and the headphone jack;
check both ports for color (indicating water damage);
check power, home, and volume buttons;
check screws (indicating it's been opened);
check Wi-Fi; go to the "About" screen and make sure it is what it's supposed to be (but not entirely
sure what to look for here);
check the battery - connect it to my laptop and see if it indicates that it's charging;
try downloading something to the iPhone ;
make sure the touch screen is working.

- Wheres the best place to buy a used iphone? So my iPod touch broke and I see used iPhones with a cracked back on sale for $100-150, which is cheaper then buying a nee iPod touch.
