Best pokemon team in leaf green?

So I have another question about my team I was wondering if I have a good team or need to change it. I have

Charmander
Lapras
Victreebell
Hypno
Rhyhorn
Hitmonchan

I just got lapras from the silph co. And replaced gyrados with him since I was told lapras is better. I know things like nidoking are better than rhyhorn but I'm playing on the iPhone Rom so from what I know I can't trade to evolve the better types.

I also didn't know if I need an electric type or anything. Or if my types are all good together. I just change my team up a lot so I don know yet and I need to level then all up and get the newer additions up to level.

Hmm. Laparas and Charizard can stay. As for the rest…
Alakazam has awesome spec attack, but is very fragile
Nidoking, like you said, is better than Rhyhorn, having awesome attack
I would consider Starmie or the return of Gyrados, but you already have a water-type with you.
Gengar is one of the best Ghost-types out there. I highly reccomened it.
Machamp has great Attack
I WOULD reccomened Arcanine, but you kinda already have a Fire-Type
Jolteon has great spec attack and speed (Any of them are good, but you don't have an electric type:/)
Snorlax is a good tank.
Skarmory is a good tank too
Scizor is an awesome attack/tank Pokemon.
Espeon is a good special attack, and Umbreon is a good tank
Blissey is one of the best tanks out there (Unless you get hit physicaly.)
Dragonite and Tyranitar are both awesome, but Tyranitar is better but with a lot of weaknesses.
Kingler has good attack with a sick signature move (Crabhammer)

Gyarados is better than lapras. You can't compare gyarados 130 attack with lapras 85 ofenses
return gyarados with dragon dance (after 2 boost nothing can stop him) return, earthquake, surf or get starmie with blizzard, thunder/bolt, surf/hydro pump, psysic
slowbro with calm mind, psysic, surf and fire blast/blizzard is also a good choise.lapras with ice beam, thunder/bolt, surf, body slam is not bad however i would choose gyarados
you don't need train to get nidoking.swap him for rhydon with megahorn, earhquake, surf, blizzard/fire blast/surf/shadow ball
Hitmonchan mega kick, rock slide, sky uperkutt, Mach Punch
evolve charizard with fly, overheat, flamethrower, brick break
victreebell- Sleep Powder, sunny day, sludge bomb, solarbeam
get kadabra with calm mind, psysic, shock wave, recover or starmie or even slowbro instead of hypno
