Best speakers with bass for $100?

So, I've been looking for a good set of speakers that I could use to play music on, that wouldn't be too expensive, and have really good bass. Since its summer and my family won't be home most of the day, the thumping of the bass wouldn't be a problem.

I would like to stay as close to $100 as possible, but a little over wouldn't be a problem. Also, a dock for my iPhone 4 would be a great feature to have.

I have had a speaker in mind, http://store.sony.com/...ifications

One 12'' kicker comp

Call your local music store and see if there's a good set of speakers that are on sale or if they have excellent ones on consignment that would accept your 100.00 offer. These are brands if you are going to play a bass guitar Peavey or Hartke.

I have two suggestions. Kicker ik501 (just over your budget) is well worth it and will deliver in spades. Or a pair of earbuds look for at least one armature in specifications. An armature is to earbuds what a sub is to a speaker. Sennheiser is a great brand to consider. Shure is a good brand too. You have to allow time for your choice of earbuds to burn in. If the bass is not over-exaggerated like Beats products they will sound a little high pitched but give it time.

  • What are some nice speakers with bass? I need to buy some nice speakers with about two-hundred dollars that I can play music from my computer or iPhone. I would prefer them to be loud and have lots of bass, yet still have nice quality. Size doesn't really matter. Something nice for parties. Any ideas would be great.
  • Speakers with good bass for Iphone input? I'm looking for some good speakers that I can use to plug my iphone into. I love bass so, speakers with good bass would be great! Any suggestions?
  • My apple earpods have lost the bass on one side? I accidentally put my apple earpods (newly designed ones that came out with iPhone 5) through the washer/dryer and they're fine, but the only small difference is that the right side has lost about 85%-95% of its bass. Is there something I can do? I'm assuming not, but any advice would be nice.
  • How to make the bass better on my iPhone earphones? I have an iPhone 5c. And I do not use the iTunes music, I use a music app so I can get my music for free. And I use iPhone earphones. Yes, I have already turned on the bass boost on the equalizer in the settings. I don't think it works for music apps. Please if you know how to make the bass better tell me. I want the bass to boom through my ears!
