Best way to switch over iphones?

I cracked my phone and my mom has a old iphone 4 i can switch to, the problem is when she got her iPhone she got on my iTunes account so that's what's throwing me off on how to switch, help?

You need to erase the old phone completely back to factory settings. No need to muck up your stuff with her old stuff.

Make a backup sync copy of your current phone with iTunes to have a fresh copy. Then set up the old phone with 'Restore from iTunes backup'. This will port over most of your stuff. Texts will have to be moved to PC then the old phone using a desktop top program. Also switch out the SIM cards for the setup as well. That way you can include your iTunes and Apple ID without a big mess. Best luck.
