Blackberry sim card in Samsung Galaxy 3?
I have a blackberry torch, i've had three of them in three years. All have stopped working on me within a year. I'm done with Blackberry! But my contract isn't up, and i don't think they'll give me a different phone. So i was gonna buy a phone from a friend. But i want to know for sure if it will work. What features will and what won't? Either iPhone or the new Galaxy. I know the sims in iPhone are different, but i was still wondering if there would be a way for them to work.
To put the Blackberry SIM card into another device, you would need to unlock the Samsung Galaxy S3 or iPhone. These SIMs are sometimes quite different and not compatible across different phones when one is the Blackberry and the other is not.
- Will a blackberry sim card work in an iPhone 4 if we cut the sim? My friend has a blackberry and wants to buy an iPhone 4 off someone he knows. I have a micro sim cutter that I used when I went from iPhone 3G to iPhone 4. If we cut down his sim it will fit in the iPhone, but will he still be able to use Internet and call people? Also, would his network provider be able to send him a new iPhone sim but with the same tariff? Cheers
- What is a good phone, iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S2, or Samsung Galaxy S3? I need a new phone and I'm wondering which I should get. My friend is selling his GS2 for around 50 Bucks and I could possibly get an iPhone 5 or Galaxy S3. Can you tell me the prices with and without the plan. And for people that have these phones could you tell me how good it is and which carrier(Sprint, Verizon, At&T)?
- Sim card transfer from iPhone to Samsung galaxy s3? I currently own an iPhone 4s with over 2 years left on contract. If I wanted to purchase to new Samsung galaxy s3, would I be able to just buy one new from the box and put my sim card from the iPhone into the new phone? Or is there something else I need to do. If this is possible is there any drawback to it? I'm currently with mts with 2+ years left on my current contract as I said.
- Samsung galaxy s4, samsung note 2, or iPhone 5? I'm upgrading from the iPhone 4s and I don't know what to do! I love my iPhone but I love the size of the samsungs? Need advice what does everyone think?
