BlackBerry to iPhone 5 switch?

I have a BlackBerry Bold 9900 now and I've had it since August 23, 2011. I got the 3 year plan so it will end in a little bit under 2 years. My carrier is Telus and I got the phone for $149.99 and pay about $60 a month for it.
If ever my BlackBerry breaks, can Telus replace it with an iPhone 5? Would it cost much to do that?
Also, how much would it be to switch to an iPhone 5 for no reason?
Would switching carriers and get the iPhone 5 there be less money?
It's probably not going to happen, I just really want to know.

  • Would I be able to switch carriers without having to switch phones? I'm with Consumer Cellular and I have an iPhone SE, but I'm thinking of switching carriers so that I can get unlimited data. I don't want to get a new phone because I've had my current one about six months, I really like it, and it works great. I'm not locked into a contract with Consumer Cellular. Would I be able to switch to another carrier without having to purchase a new phone?

Using Blend I can even send text messages. Use shared folder and files. But with BB now over I know will have to move on. Ios is good system just like BB. But nobody in my contact uses Apple. I'm not fond of 6inch glass slab used mainly for games/movies etc.

Its been about 13 months, i'm under a 3 year contract with Bell currently using Blackberry 9810, and have a Blackberry social plan, along with 1gb of data, I was wondering if i got an iphone, i know the social plan won't work, but would the 1gb of data work on the iphone? Also do you know if i can change my plan to iphone plan instead and get an iphone as well?
