Blocking a number on a iPhone?
I seriously need help with this my psycho ex girlfriend keeps calling me and I want to get rid of her does anybody know how to block a number on a iPhone?
Settings> Notifications> Do Not Disturb. Put everyone in your contacts list into one group, except her. Then select "Allow Calls From" and select the group she's not in. Also, turn repeated calls off
- What does blocking a number actually mean? I've got an iPhone five and have a group iMessage with about 5 of my friends. Obviously when my internets not working or my 3G isn't on my iMessages go through as texts. One girl out of our group chat is going on holiday next week (abroad) so I really don't want to be accidentally sending her messages and causing myself to spend a fortune. Will blocking her number stop texts going through to her or just texts from her coming through to me?

- Is there an iPhone app for blocking calls and texts? I had an app on my last android phone called 'call blacklist' you could add numbers you didn't want to have text or call you. And if those numbers did, it showed it in a message log on the app. Is there anything like that for the iPhone? I really could use it.
- IPhone user blocking iPhone user? If I have an iPhone and I block someone else who has an iPhone will there messages send as text messages instead of iMessages? Or will they just keep sending as "delivered" iMessages no matter if my phone is on or off?
