Bought ebay listing, but only seeing small writing in the description?

So i bought two items off ebay, both were for virtual players and coins,
http://www.ebay.co.uk/...1195089429

and

http://www.ebay.co.uk/...1296076109

i placed bids on both and won them, little to my knowledge was the small bits at the bottom (read them), i used my iphone on the ebay app and because of the writing being so far down the page i didn't see it, the sellers are claiming that for these items, that i feel were mislisted, they are just sending photos. My question is what can i do and how? Where do i stand, i have spent over £300, and my worry is because of the items being virtual, i will receive no compensation from buyer protection, what shall i do. I can't be giving £300 pound away, please help!

Report them as fraudulent or misdescribed

I would file a claim against the seller for Item Not As Described and say that it is misleading because the print was very small at the bottom. EBAY usually agrees with buyers. And I don't think the seller is allowed to list something that is a virtual item. I think he got it passed Ebay monitors because no one read the small print at the bottom either. I hope you get your money back.

Did you already request to cancel the transaction with the buyer and he said no?

You are in the positive of giving this seller very bad negative feedback for misleading you. I would do that for sure. I would try to give the feedback first then open a claim. If he then refunds your money, you can reverse the negative feedback. I hope it works that way.

Scroll down below the item information on the right hand side of the listing page across from Description and Shipping Tabs, you will see REPORT ITEM. You should do that if the feature is available to you.
