Broken iPhone 4S with insurance?
I dropped my iPhone 4S and the back & part of the front is broken, it still works but I do have insurance, would I have to pay to get another one? I have At&t btw and I've had this phone since May
You pay to buy one or go to repair shop. Or use your another phone
It depends on your insurance cover. If your insurance covers accidental damage, then they will either pay for repairs or give you a replacement phone. You need to call them up and ask. However most insurance cover is just for theft, not damage. In that case you would have to pay for the repairs yourself.

- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
