Can a phone still ring normal like 10 times and go to their voicemail if I'm blocked?

To give a little more detail, I have an iPhone and I don't remember what the other person has but it isn't an iPhone as I always received normal green box text messages. I thought I may not have been blocked because I was in a group chat recently and saw the persons texts to the group. Tried to call and text twice. The one time I called it rang about ten times and went to their normal voicemail. The voicemail will say the the number blah blah but then I hear them say their name so it's the regular voicemail. Any thoughts? I may have been blocked over a years ago because of an argument.

So call from a different number if you're still blocked then give up?!

  • My Iphone 4 doesn't ring anymore, well only at times. Can some one So I recently dropped my phone, I cracked the screen & now it doesn't ring nor Vibrate only at times. I don't know if me dropping it has something to do with it. It only rings and Vibrate whenever it wants to. What can I do? Or better yet, is this fixable?
  • Is there an application on iphone to keep a log of apps opened and their times? I want to know if an app has been opened while i was sleeping by somebody. So i want n app that can give a log of activities for a layman. Like app name and last opened at what time! So that when i wake up i can just check if my iphone has been used by someone else or not.
  • If you call someone and their iphone is dead, will it still ring? I'm worried sick about my mom cause she's not answering her phonem and i tried calling her it rang a couple times and brought it to her voicemail. My mom doesn't do this, and she is really depressed so i'm really worried… Is it possible that if an iphone is dead, the person calling it can still hear it ring?
  • If someone blocks on you an iPhone, will it still ring if their phone is off? I tried calling someone who blocked me and the call went directly to voicemail, I tried again from *67 and it did the same thing so the phone has to be off. Usually it does the whole ring once then directed to voicemail, I just assumed it did the same thing even if the phone were off since the call really isn't going through anyway? Could this mean I've been unblocked or does it do that regardless?
